We’ll kick things off with a video call to ensure we understand your needs and that we’re on the same page. Then, once you’ve accepted our project proposal, you’ll sign a contract to accept our terms of service and pay your initial deposit. We’ll send an in-depth Brand Questionnaire to find out all about your business and visions for it and we’ll also create a Pinterest board to share visual inspiration. On your official start date, you’ll receive a link to your unique Notion Client Portal where we will communicate and share documents for the duration of our project.

This is where we deep dive into the research we’ve compiled independently and from your questionnaire and create a Visual Direction or Brand Strategy presentation (depending on your chosen package) for your approval. This is an important stage as it lays the groundwork for our design process. We’ll then start creating your visual identity - developing your logos, brand mark, colour palette and font system. We’ll present these to you in a document that will also include mock ups so you can visualise your brand in action. If there are any refinements to your concept, we’ll address them during this phase to ensure everything is perfect moving forward.

This part is super exciting and the final piece to the puzzle. We’ll package up all of your final files and send them over in an organised folder for you to download. We’ll also include a comprehensive Brand Guidelines document (The Goods Package) or a one page Brand Style Guide (The Starter Package), tailored to your business. Then it’s time to release those babies into the wild, implement your beautiful new branding and celebrate - and we’ll be right there, cheering you on from the sidelines!
