from hello to launch

We’ll start with a video call to get aligned on your vision and goals. After you’ve accepted the project proposal, signed the service contract, and paid your deposit, I’ll send over a detailed Brand Questionnaire to learn more about your business. I’ll also collaborate on a Pinterest board to gather visual inspiration. On your official start date, you’ll receive access to your personalised Notion Client Portal, your home base for all project communication and shared documents.
Next, I dive into research, drawing from both your questionnaire and our independent insights, to create a Visual Direction or Brand Strategy presentation (depending on your package). This phase is key, laying the foundation for everything that follows.
From there, I begin crafting your visual identity: logos, brand marks, colour palette, and typography system. You’ll receive a presentation complete with mockups so you can see your brand in action. We’ll collaborate on any refinements to ensure the final direction feels aligned and ready to grow with your business.
This is the most exciting part — the final piece of the puzzle. I’ll deliver your complete brand package in an organised folder, ready for easy download. Depending on your package, you’ll receive either a comprehensive Brand Guidelines document (The Goods) or a single page Brand Style Guide (The Starter), tailored to your business.
Now it’s time to celebrate! Your brand is now ready to launch confidently and cohesively across all touch points and I’ll be right there cheering you on every step of the way.
